…an interesting, large-format illustration shows a beautiful frontal view of the famous relief of the roman dancers, dating back to the 2nd century ad, which were first in the famous art collection of the villa borghese and are currently in the louvre museum. this roman bas-relief shows female figures known as "the borghese dancers", five women dressed in togas holding hands, in a frieze, meant to be personifications of the hours accompanied by graces or charities. the background of the relief features six corinthian columns, which separate each of the figures.
