Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via USPS and UPS.
Please contact us for overnight or expedited delivery, this service will not be readily available and is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes - Canada
Le Cabinet of Curiosity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damaged & Lost Packages
Le Cabinet of Curiosity is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you believe the damage occurred due to the method in which your purchase was packaged please contact us. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save and photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Feel free to contact us should you need help with filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS and UPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Le Cabinet of Curiosity will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the USA & CANADA.
return policy
As a small business, Le Cabinet of Curiosity currently does not accept returns, please note that all purchases are all final sale.
There are exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
When purchasing vintage please note that there is often some wear and imperfections to the items posted for sale on our website, we will do our best to always notate and photograph any imperfections or notable conditions.
Should you feel there was any misrepresentation in the item purchased or any other issues you would like to discuss we are here to help! Feel free to contact us by email or via direct message on Instagram.
Should an item arrived damaged please reach out to us right away, please keep all packaging and provide us with photographs and a brief description of the damage. If the damage is due to the handling company (USPS / UPS) we will be glad to help you in filing a claim. Should you suspect the item arrived damaged due to packing, please let us know and provide us a photo we will work to sort this out for you, we want you to be happy! Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis.
Should an item be lost in transit, or an incorrect address was provided upon order please see above in the previous section for further detail.
